Beautiful shoes but not for wide feet girlies

The shoes themselves are beautifully crafted with quality leather. The leather is pretty stiff and I had to use a shoe expander to help break them in. But even then, the shoe is too narrow for someone with wider feet like me. It really hurts to walk in. I did read other reviews saying that if you have wide feet to reconsider but I went ahead and bought them anyway because they’re so pretty. I regret it now but hopefully the shoe expander can make them more bearable. Hate to have these shoes sitting in my closet.

I needed an upgrade to my daily shoe, which used to be checkered vans. Something classic. These fit the bill. The only con is that I am between sizes and sized down to avoid a loose shoe. I have Boomers in size 39, but those have adjustable straps. I opted for these in a 38, but I need to walk in them more to break them in. Might bring them in to my cobbler to speed up the process. But that said, they’re exactly what I was looking for and I feel like I’ll have them forever!

Beautiful shoe but…

This was a beautiful shoe but way too stiff for me. I has to return them. The bottom didn’t flex and I couldn’t see being patient enough to break them in. They were nice looking though!
