Broken
I have 3 of these and two of the lids had broken where it holds the straw I believe due to a toddler slamming it down. Once they released the replacement parts, I had bought them and they are perfect! Even with the toddler slamming the cups down, the cups themselves don't even look damaged beyond normal wear and tear. I loved using my brumates with the locking lids so the toddler couldn't drink what was in it, usually loaded teas. Unfortunately for me now she knows how to open and close mine. We love having matching mama and mini cups!
