HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE--COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS???

I placed an order for pinto beans on Feb. 18th of this year, the order # BSF-S-6966 and I have never received it. The tracking code is ctrxqs98. I have tried every way possible to contact you to no avail. Please check the message from me on your FB page in "messages." When I put in "Be Still Farms"- everything said you were closed permanently. I have dialed both phone numbers, one does not exist and the other belongs to a very patient gentleman who says he gets a lot of call for your company; he has tried to resolve it, but no success; the QR code would not work on my phone, my password didn't work, trying to set a new password- I did not get an email, I tried the email given on your website- it makes no sense, called the company - they know nothing about you. I am at a loss! I would either like my beans or a refund. PLEASE HELP, contact me, either FB or email me
