These products are vital to my daily meals. The quality and variety is unsurpassed which is why I commit to ordering online; I do not order other food products bc i hate ordering online. Purcell Mountain Farms is my one exception. (Of course, others appreciate the convenience and not having to lug a heavy order home from the grocer!) The organic red walnuts are not bitter at all, especially if lightly toasted. I love having the dried mushrooms and powder available. And I even add them to any dish cooked with fresh mushrooms to enhance the flavor. There's nothing I don't like about this company. The customer service really is top notch; they truly care about their products and customers.
