I usually wear a 9.5. ordered that and they were to tight and my toe was right at the end of the shoe. I also have flat feet, figured that wasn't helping either. returned these and ordered size 10. fit is great, very comfortable and highly adjustable for what ever you are planning to tackle in them. highly recommend. return service was very easy to. I’ve only worn them a few times but they’re really comfortable on me. No complaints at all.
