Request For Return Label and Refund

Drum was not the issue and have been waiting for a return label which was confirmed by Lea, the customer representative we would be receiving but it has been over one week and still we have not received it. Please follow up with me so we are assured the drum can be returned and a refund issued. I mentioned to Lea, it was determined the fuser is worn which is the real problem. Lea agreed it would be best to replace the printer because a fuser replacement is very expensive and a fuser replacement is not available from OhmyCables. Lea also agreed OhmyCables understands this matter and will issue a refund.
