Compatible Brother TN450 High Yield Toner Cartridge

Not sure what's going on

The previous cartridge I ordered from OHmyCables for this printer worked fine for a period of time, but then the printer started jamming every couple of pages or so. Upon examination I notices a broken part on the side of the toner cartridge. I decided to give it one more try, and the current cartridge from you seems to be working fine. The thing is, the two cartridges do not look alike. A bit disappointed in the quality control and the waste of cash on the previous cartridge.
