I had the 'Change Drum Soon' message on the Brother printer I inherited for quite a while. I researched drum replacements, and I decided to go with OHMYCABLES because they were the best value that I found. The package showed up within three days as promised and I installed the drum. The printer works as it did before but with a small glitch. I have had a great experience with their customer service department, and I expect the glitch will be fixed soon.
