I’ve had this one a number of times now and keep coming back to it. I like to alternate this one with one of the fruitier roasts (I.e. The Alchemist or Jazz Fruits) and think it makes a nice complement to those. It’s sweet with a little nuttiness, but doesn’t generally have the acidity of the fruitier ones. I find that I like this one better when it’s had the longer rest times, as the box typically recommends. Highly recommended

Very very nice beans if you are into milk coffee, great through espressos. Quite consistent for how light the roast is.
