Bad Design

I read so many reviews and get the impression that this brand is a good quality brand. However, the truth is very disappointing. The strap is very poor in quality. It look and feel cheap. But the most important thing is it doesn’t fit to my cartier properly. I got to email to follow up the issue then the answer was the leather might be too thick and I need to press it so that it will fit better. So it is a design flaw! but customer has to endure with it?

Average quality

I love the company’s idea of creating straps for watches, but I don’t think it’s worth to pay $210 for a crocodile leather strap. The strap seems cheap, almost plastic texture. I was also disappointed with the packaging: lots of plastic and it’s missing a touch of luxury. Positive points for customer service (which is great) and how fast it was delivered).
