Good quality, but somewhat disappointing

The strap was very nice with high quality leather and workmanship, but one of the lug width was smaller than intended. The spring bar shows through the gap which Is not pleasant to look at. I emailed twice about this matter, but I haven’t heard anything. If this was resolved smoothly, I was going to give 5 stars, but very disappointed since my emails were just ignored
