Very very happy with my purchase from the brick & mortar store in Disney Springs Orlando FLA! Nothing like being able to try shoes on before purchasing. And the staff were absolutely wonderful!

Comfy but still classy

I typically wear a 5. 5 but buy a half size up for most pointed shoes, so I’d call these true to size since I bought size 6. I used cushioned heel pads to prevent rubbing at the back since my first time wearing them was for full day wet with lots of walking.

Painful blisters

These were such a disappointment. I’ve had multiple pairs of the first generation of these flats over the course of 5+ years. Loved them all. Yes - I needed a small break in period with them so they wouldn’t rub my heel area but they were short lived. These new ones have better arch support from their upgraded insole design BUT I’ve never had such painful blisters that these created. The back side is just so stiff and rough. I’ve tried bandaids of different sizes to make sure my heel gets covered to avoid rubbing but the shoe is so rough in that area that it just ends up peeling the bandaid off. I’ve tried gently stretching and massaging the back part of the shoe so it hopefully bends a little outwards and away from my heels but it ultimately molds back and begins rubbing again. At this price point…not worth it. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to make these flats work especially from a company that claims these are the most comfortable out there. Complete let down.
