This is a well made piece! I expect it to last for many years at our camp.

This thing is tough

Manufacturer called me to confirm some choices to make sure this was compatible with my firepit. I was glad they did, they dropped the "hooks" off the bottom. This thing is tough, I leave it outside, throw it in the dirt and put it directly over open flames. Sure, it gets discolored, but it does sit in flames. There are painted versions out there but what do you think happens to the paint the first time you use it? We use this grill grate all 4 seasons. I do recommend fire gloves of some kind for handling it. This thing was worth the money and wait.

Bought the grill grate after purchasing our firepit. It is very well made, fits perfectly and can't wait for our first grilled steaks.
