Hifiman Arya Organic Headphones

I'm very pleased with the sound and comfort of the Ayra Organic headphones.

Bought these as my first open-back. Wanted something alongside my HD 820. - Subpar without EQ. I felt it lacked overall presence that would make me continue to listen to my assortment of orchestral to metal tracks. I was thinking, where's the sound stage and bass? - Amazing with EQ that I told myself I should have bought these instead of the HD 820! Not much else needs to be said since there are a plethora of reviews out for it.

Absolutely stellar headphones. I owned these at the same time as the HE-1000 Stealth and I much preferred the tuning of the Organics. They sound more spacious and punchy to me. The HE-1000 sound great too, but with more subdued treble and bass, and don’t have the dynamics (punch) of the Organics. My previous favorite headphones were the Focal OG Clear, but these are on a different level IMO. I power these with an iFi Hip DAC Stealth, which sounds fuller, slightly warmer than neutral, and have more punch than my previous dongle DAC (FiiO KA1). I connect the iFi to my iPhone and play tracks using Apple Music in Hi-Res Lossless mode. I listen to everything from modern metal to the Beatles with the Organics and they just sound incredible for any material I’ve thrown at them so far. Overall, I think these are a great buy if you’re serious about sound quality, especially at the reduced sub $1000 price. Highly recommend.
