Latte Donut Bed

Hi, I’m extremely unhappy with this order. I ordered the large bed specifically because your website stated that this size was suitable for dogs between 20–30 kg. My dog Lola weighs approximately 23 kg, so I expected the large bed to be an appropriate size for her. However, the bed that has arrived is extremely small. It is nowhere near what I would expect for a “large” bed and Lola cannot even fit comfortably in it. I have attached photos showing the size of the bed compared with Lola. I’ve also attached an example photo of the size of bed I was expecting when I ordered the large size. This is much more in line with what I understood a large bed suitable for a 20–30 kg dog to look like. I’m also very disappointed that the order took around a month to arrive when I was originally told it would take approximately two weeks. I was happy to pay the £40 shipping cost because I was expecting to receive a suitable product, but unfortunately the item I have received is not as advertised
