Very pleased with the response I got when I broke my carafe. I ordered another, but the lid from the one I broke was loose and I ended up with more coffee in my cup than I prefer; I could say, my cup runneth over! ☺️ Very quickly I was contacted to resolve the problem And in short order, no more coffee spillage.
