I never understood that desktop audio equipment has come so far and can do so much. Definitely do your research, but it appears that Fosi has everything you need to integrate a wonderful system. I started with a 30 D pro and would probably start over with components in the same family or that are capable of triggering each other for one start up however, I’ve just been experimenting and had amazing results Next I’ll be getting a DAC that will probably not be fosi and will be a DAC A7, but like I said, do your research to find out what fits and compliments each other the best and it appears that with nice efficiency speakers, you can do a lot with small components.

Using to drive Boston center channel surround

Not using to drive sub. I am about 8 ft away and can adjust volume loud until it is annoying or uncomfortable. It works for my application. It would also work for computer. If you are 12 ft away and want to drive sub or music ,I would suggest saving up a little more $ and getting something else more powerful. Especially if driving 8 ohm speaker.

Perfect first sub pre-amp

I needed a sub pre-amp for a basic home audio setup, and after some research, this seemed to offer the best value with the right inputs & outputs. Nothing else really came close. Very happy with it so far, the bookshelf speakers already sound better for not having to process the low frequencies.
