Take it Down a Notch Blend of Skullcap, Milky Oats, Motherwort, Holy Basil (Tulsi), and Blue Vervain

Does what it says!

After a stressful day it does what it says and takes the stress down a notch, or maybe two! It is very strong, as motherwort and blue vervain are not exactly tasty herbs and dominate, but it is quite a potent tincture and will get me to unwind before bed. If you are an herby person, you can likely handle it straight, but otherwise, might want to add it to a bit of honey or juice or similar.
