Such a perfect tea for cold brew! Picked up a 4oz bag at the storefront on a trip to Santa Fe, and found out that they have an online store! This tea was temporarily out of stock when my own stash was running low, so I waited (they left a note online for its projected return) and got a 16oz bag! This stuff is the tea of dreams—perfect for cold brew, and I can happily steep this 3-4 times! It does get a little weaker with each steep, but if you don’t mind a more mild flavor, this stuff will last you forever!
