Birkenstock Air Cushion Full-Length Insoles

I love the shape of this insole. I wore it for a 5 hour shift walking & standing (9500 steps) and it’s performance was marginal. With that said- I think it’ll be great as a normal day-to-day insole. Need a more substantial in-sole for work tho.

Gotta say. really poor quality, no discernable areas of built in support-also, the material that is designed to go up against your foot is a sticky gray sheet pf something. Without socks, your feet stick to this stuff. I hated spending more with other brands, so I learned my lesson, once again. Cheap items are usually lousy! Just threw away $25!

I had just purchased some Camper peu shoes which are incredibly comfy but lacking in shock absorbance for a full day of activity. I needed the right insoles to make some practically perfect shoes, perfect. I made the right choice! These insoles are thin so they don’t crowd or change the fit of the shoe. They provide just enough firm pillow cushion to keep my bones and joints from aching. Highly recommend!
