seemed ok but not for me
looked well-made and felt comfortable on their own, but as soon as I put it in a shoe the arch was way too far back on my foot and extremely uncomfortable. Returned immediately.

They were recommended for Mortons nuroma. They are not good for that, atleast for me. Plenty cushion in heel and arch.
