Firm support but comfortable
My podiatrist recommended these insoles for my flat foot. I put them into my shoes and felt more support instantly. No break-in needed. They are great!

Much comfier!
The podiatrist recommended the Cadence "original" and I'm glad I listened! Much less stiff than the insoles I was using, but still with good support and a lot more comfortable and "normal feeling."
