Lankava Mainio DK Sock Yarn

I bought this for a hat project. The coffee color is a deep chocolate and even lovlier in person. My challenge will be to pick the contrast shade: front runner is desert rose.

I was looking for a good DK weight sock yarn and this yarn definitely filled that need. I had a chance to look at (and squeeze) Finnished Knits yarn offerings in person at the Scenic Stitches event in February. The yarn was as soft as I remember and I am delighted to find such a lovely set of (affordable!) colorways to choose from for my first colorwork socks. The Finnished Knits crew is so helpful and they filled my online order and got it in the mail that same day.
