I use these all the time
Several months ago I ordered the medium-sized cord locks to see if these would be helpful. Let's just say it was love at first try. I was so happy with the medium size that I have now ordered the large size. Yes, the large size does fit US10-1/2 needles (6.5mm). Compress the spring tab and they easily slide on and off the needles, yet stay in place where positioned when the spring tab is released. IMHO these are much safer for needles than the silicone end stoppers I have used in the past, having had several unfortunate experiences of the silicone end stoppers becoming stuck and impossible to remove without cutting them off.
I rate the cord lock stitch stoppers 10 out of 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

WONDERFUL TOOL
I love these. They are great as stoppers on fixed needles as well as on interchangeable when using the tips for another project. I also use them on the silicone cords for holding stitches - put both ends through one stopper and that way I avoid knots.
