Sleepypod Air 2.0 Pet Carrier, Premium Airline Compliant Large Size Carrier - Newly Updated Model

The pet carrier is very nice and I feel like my dog will love. The cushion is fluffy enough and for sure will make my dog feel comfortable. Quality of the carrier is also commendable and top notch.

Well-made Carrier but heavy

This carrier is excellent quality but weighs quite a bit more than others, and seems to have less ventilation (for under an airline seat). It also is too wide at the bottom for Jetblue’s requirements so I’m not willing to risk it even though it’s probably OK (first time flying with a dog). Mr Peanut’s service is fantastic!

High-quality way to keep our dog safe

This is our second Sleepypod. I bought the bed/car carrier ten years ago and the color is a bit faded but it’s still in perfect shape otherwise after constant use. We got the Air to take our dog on a flight and car ride with us next month. It’s not nearly as well-ventilated as other airplane carriers, but for a carrier you know is safe in a car too, you can choose only one - high-quality less-breathable materials, or lighter mesh but dangerous in a car. Our 11 pound chihuahua is the biggest I would put in this carrier. If the sides were hard she’d be too big to turn but the material has a lot of give so she has room. There are a few things I’d change in the design - like having both zippers go all the way up - but overall I’m super happy with this purchase. Also, 11/10 service from Mr. Peanuts, as the owner quickly and helpfully resounded to all my questions.
