Better Than Expected

This stuff is fantastic. I originally bought it to replace the taco seasoning packets we buy at the grocery store, but it's great for anything that needs Tex-Mex flavor. So far it's been fantastic on eggs, popcorn, home fries, and roasted vegetables. It's moved from the shelf where we put seldom used spices to the shelf where we put frequently used spices.

Tex-Mex never disappoints! Recently I have been making Ranchero pinto beans, and TM adds great flavor!
