Perfect watery toner

Living in a humid environment but also having dehydrated skin, I find it a bit of a toss-up when shopping for toner that helps out with both of these conditions. Thankfully I've found a great match with this toner. I love the watery texture and it keeps both the oily and normal/dry parts of my face happy. I've also gone through nearly two bottles of this, so it's safe to say this is a fave of mine.

Only been using the product for a month, I need more time to give a fair review. I haven’t noticed a significant change in my skin.

Love this. It really is gentle on my sensitive skin, has no scent, and feels great going on. Will keep buying this over and over and using it as part of my skin flooding routine.
