Grassfed Beef Shares - Quarter/Half/Whole Cow Deposits

This was our first exposure to FPB so we only order a quarter cow and half pig. Our orders came fully frozen, superbly pack and ready for storage. Each separate chest had an inventory list of that box so you can easily compare eith you receipt (a copy of which is also enclosed). Unbelievably it had more steaks than we envisioned. The quality for not only my beef order; but also the pork order is fantastic. You cannot get this quality and freshness in any grocery store including the so-called top end shops. As soon as we eat most of this order down, we’re ready for our next half cow.

I was not happy. Everything I ordered was tough.
