Conundrum Session IPA All Grain Beer Recipe Kit

Excellent recipe!! A make again!

I just racked this to my keg and as usual I sample for sampling sake and it's dynamite! It has a great citris note that I think is going to make it seriously crushable!

Conundrum IPA

Nice floral note up front and drinks easy. First couple beers out of the first keg had some butter, that cleans up with age. And could have just been me pushing it. Will brew again.

Conundrum AG

My favorite IPA kit. It tastes better than the brew it clones with the hop bill being almost identical. I believe Voss Kveik to be the best yeast to use as it compliments the hops and produces a clean well attenuated beer.
