Good Bread Mix but poor Communications

I bought a number of bread mixes from Prepared Pantry at the end of last year. The Bread mixes didn't arrive on the promised schedule and when I checked I there was a notification on the Shipping Page that a problem had delayed shipments for a week. However more than a week had passed and still no shipping update. I queried the status of my shipment twice but got no response. So the bread mixes are good.... but customer service response is less than satisfactory.
