Regenerative Organic White Basmati Rice

This is the best rice I have ever eaten. It is amazingly delicious! The aroma is awesome too. This is unlike any rice I have ever come across. Even with just a tiny bit of olive oil and salt and pepper, it tastes so incredibly delicious. I eat it every day. My body loves it! I won't eat any other rice.

This is the best basmati rice I have located. I've been ordering it for some time but this was my first purchase of the 25-pound quantity. Only to find this heavy bag was shipped in a flimsy box without any fortification. The box naturally arrived coming apart at the seams, meaning it contents were exposed to all the grime of FedEx facilities over a 1,100-mile journey. There was not even a strip of packaging paper inside. Unacceptable packaging for any item, but particularly disconcerting for something you ingest. I documented all of this in an email to Lotus Foods a month ago. I never received a reply, only the auto-email to leave a review. It's particularly odd as the small bags are over-packaged. Surely there is a happy medium you could generate, Lotus Foods, along with email replies to your customers.
