Great flour!

We love this flour! My husband cannot tolerate American wheat, so we have taken to making absolutely everything with this. Sourdough bread, sandwich bread, cookies, pie pastry, etc. I appreciated that the bag was wrapped and packaged very well so that we didn't lose flour in transit, and the delivery was quite fast. When we run out, we will order from here again!
