Love your bags not happy that I can’t get a replacement piece that I am willing to pay for I’ve bought close to a dozen bags I’m a loyal customer

Beautiful bag- soft, supple leather, good size and love the changeable straps. Can transition from an everyday travel bag to a dressier evening appropriate bag. Fits my Cell Phone, wallet and all the necessities. Doesn’t quite fit my umbrella though. Maybe I will get the bigger one next time! I went through lots of other horrible, looking travel bags before landing on this one. Does not look like a travel bag, but will work well.

This is my second original Pom Pom bag. I decided on an original plus and I am very pleased with my purchase. The bag is stylish and beautifully made. I like having the extra room too. The delivery was prompt and very well packaged. Highly recommended.
