Great Product - Shoddy treatment.

The product is great - as promised all good and I am very pleased with it. However, there was a glitch in the system and my strap choices and free gift apparently remained 'in the basket' when I order the bag. When the bag arrived without straps and the gift I contacted Sophia and Spritz who although responsive insisted it was my error and to obtain the items I had to pay postage - again. whilst only a small amount the error was not mine. I received regular emails telling me items were 'in the basket' and to complete the purchase' but customer service insisted I had not ordered them. I am not one to give negative reviews normally but for an organisation that is solely internet based insisting the customer made the error ( as no matter how they reframed their response I was one paying for it) left me with a feeling of dissatisfaction. I have received countless emails requesting a review and this one with a cash incentive should I be successful in the prize draw. So this is my review - you did ask!!

I absolutely love the flexibility of this purse as someone disabled and forgetful, I am forever losing things so this helps so much to keep my essential card to hand and allows me to access really quickly and easily as my hands never work properly so it’s an absolute godsend.

Absolutely love this coin purse and does fit notes in to the smell of leather is so good small enough to fit in the handbag
