I wanted to wait until we had used it for a week or so to gave a more honest review. The shipping was very quick, the water heater arrived in just 2 business days. Installation was straightforward and easy. My son and I did all the plumbing and we had a professional electrician do the electrical part. we are DIYers. We also relocated the water heater since we were switching from gas to electrical. Performance is excellent. Hot water arrives quickly and stays hot even if several taps are open. Incredible product I would highly recommend it.

It was easy to order and install. It’s taking us a little bit to fine tune to our ground temperature water. Nobody tells you about that part. Luckily we had a friend that told us about it. I would say the more information about that, the better. How to ensure it runs multiple items in your home without running out of hot water like it’s advertised and how you get it to do that would be most helpful. That said, once it’s hot.. it just goes.. and it’s amazing ..
