Slow germination but they finally emerged!
May 18 update -- they have germinated finally and growing well! Whew!! Will update in a couple months once we taste the fruit (of our labors).
Zero germination so far on April 23 after sowing April 10, many other varieties of tomatoes have 90% germinated. If by some miracle these Centiflor wake up, I will gladly update this review!
