Cayenne Long Slim Pepper

I had a lot of peppers that did not germinate well this year, Cayenne peppers included. Because of my previous experience with MI Gardener, I’m guessing that it’s something that I unknowingly did, not the efficacy of the seeds, because all of these seeds usually have great germination.
