Hanson Improved Crisphead Lettuce

Yet again, fantastic germination

I was on the search for a less boring iceberg type lettuce, and I guess for me iceberg is iceberg. Not much to do about it. The benefit to growing it at home is that it is very crisp and you know what is in it. Just being honest. Nothing against MIGardener. Just my own pickyness. I always rave about MIGardener's germination, and it isnt any different here. Seed count is likely over 1000 seeds. You probably couldn't even use all of that in a few years unless you were a farmer or giving it away. All for $2!

Sprouted Nicely

The sees sprouted nicely but I'm still waiting for the weather to warm up a couple more weeks before transplanting outside when the overnight temps will remain above 40 degrees. They are looking very good.
