The savoy perfection cabbage is definitely a show stopper in my garden. Spectacular in the size of the leaves and it heads up beautifully. The taste is somewhat different from other varieties, yet it’s delicious steamed. I also tried its leaves as a wrap with beef, rice, peppers and onions. Chef’s kiss! The savoy will definitely make a return to my garden this fall.
