These Beets are gorgeous!
I’m not yet sure what I think of these. Waiting to see how well they develop. They aren’t yet as big as I’d hoped. The germination rate wasn’t great. The area that I covered did much better.
I’m growing in raised beds full of rich loose soil. I use home made compost and shredded leaf mulch.
