Philodendron Brandtianum 'Brandi'

Arrived in terrible condition. The packaging looked like someone didn’t even try to keep the plant saved in the box. I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue, sent multiple pictures. I received zero communication back. They did refund me, however some communication on the matter would’ve been nice, because I would’ve just preferred a replacement plant. Oh well.
