A Green Dream

I added a punch of gorgeous lime green to this black & white quilt, as I love black, white & lime green together. So Loralie’s flowers would take center stage, I wish I had used the black jumbo dots as the outside border and her Halo dots within the blocks. Next time I’ll do that. To keep the stripes going in the same direction, (bottom-left-to-top-right direction), I cut the horizontal strips across the fabric’s grain, and the vertical strips parallel to the selvage. After quilting, the binding will be Loralie’s lime green with black dinky dots. This Lime Green Quirky Stripes fabric can be used with most Loralie florals and panels. I love it!
