Pak Choi Seeds - Red Tatsoi - Hybrid

These red Tatsoi seeds germinated within 4 days in a coco coir medium ( bought at True Leaf of course!) and are happily growing under grow lights as microgreens along with their sister green Tatsoi; I expect them to be as tasty as their green counterparts; I am curious as to whether there will be any noticeable difference! I wanted to grow them for the color and the nutrients for which mustard Tatsoi is known.

Great flavor!

Tried several new varieties and this was a new favorite. Beautiful color and richer flavor than most of the green varieties. Super-fast growing and great as a baby leaf harvest. Definitely planting again next season - and currently growing indoors for a winter micro/baby crop!

It’s growing really nicely. Quick germination. Very satisfied with delivery. Overall good experience.
