Good quality seeds

I tried few different ways to germinate this. By sowing it directly in the ground, only 2 of 20 seeds came out and grow up. The second way was to put soaked seeds in fridge with 35degree for 24hours, leave them on moisturized paper tissue for two days with room temperature, then sow them in the ground. Germination rate was a little bit higher, 10 out of 20 seedlings came out. I have to do this again. Maybe try some other varieties next time.
