I like it a lot, but it was too expensive to ship to Montreal, Quebec where I live. I could o let buy it in the us site. Now it’s fermenting, but I am sure that it will be great

Floral Saison

Brewed this about two-weeks ago and bottled it this afternoon. It seems like a lighter beer. Seems like a pleasant beer. I can’t really hone in on the lavender, hibiscus, and rose hips all that well. I guess I’m not eating enough of these flowers in my daily meals to distinguish the flavors. Still looking forward to popping a top. BTW: presents a great rich color. It’s fun just to ponder the color under different lighting situations.
