Sizing inaccurate

The sweater looks really nice, but the sizing chart on the website is inaccurate and it doesn’t fit me at all. I ordered a medium but I probably need a large or maybe an X-Large. I have tried twice to contact the company about exchanging the item with no response.

Are you kidding?

Delivery still hasn't arrived yet. It's been over a month and a half. Super poor customer support. Hardly any communication. Then I check to see where the clothes are to see you shipped it with Canada post two days before an expected strike. No foresight whatsoever. Highly doubt anything will arrive by Christmas so I'll need to shop elsewhere. Do better guys.

My favourite tshirt and crew neck.

I absolutely love my “Life giver” tshirt and crew neck, it’s my absolute favourite sweater to wear. I had also ordered my daughter the “I am human” crew neck and she adores it, it’s great material nice and soft and warm. My boys also got the “home on native land” hoodies on both red and black and they are nice and thick and warm, made of good material. The orders came quick and amazing I’ll Defiantly order again
