This is the best umeboshi I have had outside of Japan! It took me back to getting umeboshi on a little farm outside of Nara. It is so plump and tastes so fresh

Huge umeboshi fan here

I am a huge umeboshi fan, and have been trying to find anything resembling what I've had in Japan for years. Here it is, finally. Not too sour, but never sweet. I'm very surprised because I'd have thought that, given the packaging, they'd be completely dried out, but not so. This is a good deal. Extremely pleased with my purchase.
