Arrived broken; bad customer service
I love this teapot. I was buying another to replace one that I had for years that accidentally dropped. When the teapot arrived, the spout was completely broken into two pieces. It wasn’t even wrapped in paper, much less bubble wrap. I have written to customer service twice and have only gotten an AI response. It’s been well over a week and no one has responded to my request for a refund or replacement. It breaks my heart because I LOVE muji products. But this might make me think twice about ordering from them again.

Simple and functional
I bought the larger version, with a regular handle. It’s amazing how hard it is to find a good looking simple modern white tea pot. This one is perfect!
