Customer Service is a joke!
Ordered two dinner plates to add to current Muji dishes. They arrived broken. Contacted CS via e-mail; asked to provide details, photos which I did. Response was they were investigating. Heard nothing back - contacted them again. Again, they responded with thanks and would look into it with elevated urgency. Have heard nothing back. Loved my dish sets but I’ll never order from them again
