Circadian Rhythm Fixer
Love my blue blocking glasses. I put them on a few hours before bed and I get the most amazing sleep and feel completely rested in the morning. Don’t buy cheap knock offs that don’t work. These are amazing!

Sleeping well
It’s so easy to see how light impacts our circadian rhythms. Being in front of screens well into the evening does have a negative effect on sleep. I have seen it with my wife. She’s on the phone scrolling well after we lay down and she has rarely slept well as a result. We decided to invest in 2 pairs of the Blue Light Blockers. We wear them about 2 hours before bed and I also read a book wearing them as well. Ever since, I sleep undisturbed and I’m well rested in the morning. My wife sleeps better but I’m still trying to convince her to stay off the phone at night. Exceptional product!
